Since the move to the new location this place has gone down hill. May be nicer location/building but everything else is awful.... Expect to wait no less than 15 minutes for orders no matter what is ordered no matter the time of day. It's the worst place. Read more

This new wawa was dirty, and always seems to be out of certain flavored creamers. As a corporation the coffee cups and lids are... terrible, very cheaply made, falling apart if held a certain way, which can cause serious burns. Wawa coffee has gone down hillin taste and up in cost ( ridiculously expensive ) COME ON WAWA you can do better then this. Read more
I will never come back to this location (525 Butler Pike). The people who work here are rude, poorly trained & either unable or... unwilling to help. The gas pumps are always out of receipt paper & the tubs that are supposed to have washer solvent or evenplain water to wash windshields are always empty. Unacceptable for a new location. Read more
I use different wawas daily. And today I had to get the sadest salad ever. My son picked it up if I did I would have said... something. Missing items which were clearly printed out on order. Also sandwiches not made to order. Read more
Since moving to the new location, this Wawa has gone down hill. I waited 13 mins for a bagel with cream cheese. When they... realized they didn?t toast it I just said don?t worry about toasting it because the guy who was complaining about something andcould only work on one item at a time. New store is nice and they supply alcohol. However, staff has messed up my food orders on a number of occasions. There is one... mans who makes beastly hot hoagies though. Don't know his name but he's a skinny white dude with glasses. His hot hoagies arestraight flames. If I walk in and he's not in the kitchen I just order chicken tenders because that's about all the other staffis capable of making (they even managed to burn them once). This Wawa is an easy stop on my way to work, always clean with nice staff. I'm taking the time to write this review because the... staff went above and beyond for me tonight and I hope someone sees it and can let them know I'm grateful. They wereunfortunately out of my first and second pick for soup, but were super great about getting me another side. The staff was sokind and I'm grateful after working a very long day. Read more
