The people were very friendly but the value I got for the price was sorely lacking. Burger was nothing special and far too small... for the bun. This is my first time here and at twice the price of McDonald's, I would definitely not return. Smashburger is farsuperior for the price. Read more

This was a pretty good Wayback Burgers location. The counter people were friendly, but it took quite a bit of time to get my... food. When my food finally arrived, it was well prepared and the toppings were good, especially the grilled onions. The frieswere tasty with plenty of salt, but I would have like them to be crispier. Friends invited us to JWB, saying they loved the Chalfont location. We thought, "it's a chain, how special can it be?". We... joined them for burgers & now I get it!! The STAFF make this location different. VERY warm & friendly, familiar with manycustomers. Our food was brought to the table along with offers of condiments. Other than ordering at the counter, it felt likerestaurant service. Very organized & clean. Love the counter height tables with PLENTY of elbow room! Milkshakes & onion ringsare delish! Absolutely horrible experience tonight. My wife she I got 2 rodeo burgers, fries and a milkshake for takeout. The burgers were... oozing with BBQ sauce so much to the point you were drinking it. The fries were undercooked and soggy. Lastly the chocolatemilkshake was HORRENDOUS. It tasted like straight chemicals to the point we were nervous to drink it and threw it out. Not tomention this was $32 for a fast food dinner for 2 people. This was only our second time here. The first time was very good butthis time it was beyond awful.
