I gave it a 2 star because the chicken was good but very greasy. I had to repeat my order 3x's and it's wrong. No... utilities,straws, sauce, and my kid got coke a cola instead of sprite so she had nothing to drink. I just moved to Chalmette andnow I know why their drive through is always dead. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordered online thru app. Arrived at restaurant to teller advising me one of my items was unavailable, and... I'd have to select something else. When I reminded her the order was already paid for, and there was nothing else KFC offered Iwanted, she became upset, and told me I'd have to cancel the whole order. When I asked how could I cancel an online order, shebecame irate, and flew into a tirade about she told me choose something else, and what I want her to do. It was awful! Thankgoodness the manager was able to step in and explain she really wasn't familiar with how to cancel an online order, and thennegotiated a solution we both could live with. WORST DRIVE-THRU TELLER EVER! No wonder Popeye's next door had a line around thebuilding to the street, and I was KFC's only patron. Clearly, KFC is the best chicken on the market.
