Idk why there is no longer; drink machines, napkins, condiments, straws, nor someone at the register at all times. I had to get... up 2 or 3 times to get things that were not put on our tray and everytime I had to stand at the counter and wait to be noticedwhich took a few minutes each time. Food seems good normally, but the lack of needed things makes dining pretty unenjoyable. Read more
Lobby reopened and good food and prices.The service is decent but I guess it really depends on what day and time you?re... going. Edit: The wait time has been around 20-25 minute if you order it in the lobby. Horrible service. Do drive thru next timebecause apparently, that?s what they only care about. Read more

Too busy taking care of drive thru customers. One customer was waiting for about 15 mins for his order. I walked out.!!!!!!!
The staff are always rude, you can say good morning, or even hello and they would answer WHAT YOU WANT or just ignore you. Need... better customer service training. Read more
First issue, no spicy nuggets, yet they are promoted on the menu. No biggie. Now let's pay and wait for the food while you... watch your parking lot sweeper walk up to my car beat it with a broom... there's a limit to how incompetent and dumb things canbe allowed to be, but when I tell the dude to stop banging my car and go away the fri girl wants to try and correct me? It's ok. Not the best McDonald's I've ever seen but not the worst either. They're lazy to reload more paper for the self order... stand for receipts. The soda machine doesn't have ice when you try to get some. Read more
