Whoever is the night lady worked on 7/16 at approximately 7:50 is dumb and shouldn?t be a manager.. they put my order for a... milkshake in wrong size so when i received it and told her it was wrong I?ll give her the difference for the large that i askedfor because i got a large meal she told me she can?t because they have a party going on in there . I ordered 12 sausage burritos and 12 sausage biscuits right at rush hour on a Friday morning and they had me out in less than 10... minutes. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was super friendly in spite of being swamped. You can't top that! Read more
Like waiting a long time in drive thru and having people cut you off before placing your order, then look no further!! The food... and staff are not the problem, it is the layout of the parking lot and how it "incentivizes" for people to cut in front ofothers in the duel drive thru. Fix this for a better review. *Updated 12/20/21* 8 months later, line cutting is still bad andsickening. Plus, always check you food and drink before you leave drive through. I'm posting pictures this time of the linecutters. *Updated 6/23/21* They fixed a line cutting entrance into the parking to the drive thru so it would limit the amount ofline cutters, but it still sometimes happens. I used to drive past other McDonald's locations to go to this one because the food was freshly prepared and the orders were... accurate. Emphasis on WERE. Not any more. Saturday evening I drove up to this strangely quiet location and ordered a Big Macand a Double Filet of Fish, both with extra sauce. Easy, right? NOT. Not thinking I'd need to rummage through my bag to see ifthey got it right, I got all the way home only to discover not only had they failed to put extra Mac sauce on the Big Mac, butmy six dollar Double Filet of Fish was only a single, and no extra tarter on that either. I had to drive 7 miles back where,instead of giving them a second chance to foul up the order, I asked for my money back. Five people were standing around backthere having a gab fest while a nasty acting manager, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, told me she wasn't giving mea full refund because I hadn't brought everything back. Only, I hadn't asked for all of it back, nor for the attitude. Guessthat explains why the Sonic down the street had a full lot while theirs was empty. Avoid this place. Read more
I wish you could give zero stars. This place is trash. If it?s not the attitudes, it?s the cold & sometimes under cooked food.... The McDonalds in the East has them beat. The EAST! I live in Chalmette. This is to many times. I worked FF in the past & I NEVERgave poor service or cold food. (11-18-22) Was in a rush to grab something for my boys before we got on the road, same s..tservice but worst. The manager rolled her eyes at me. They were so busy playing on the speaker when I went in drive, I made achange to my order & they never came back to the speaker. And it?s not like they gaf. Clearly neither do the owners. Read more
