I try to give this Sonic many chances but I'm over it. The last time I went, I ordered my food, no problem. The screen said... B***y will be out with your order. 5 mins roll by and two cars that came after me received their food. So I pressed the redbutton to inquire because by then my screen went back to the default advertisement. 2 mins passed by and no response so I left. Read more
Worst experience with a Sonic ever for me. I ordered vis app and even left a $2 tip on a $8 order ahead of time. Drove up and... checked in on the app. 15min goes by and no order taken out to me. I press the red button and a guy responds, I ask if my apporder went through and he asks someone (left his mic open) and she replies tell him to check his $%^&ing app!. His mic goesdead and no more reply. Another 10 minutes I press again and a different person answers. Slightly less rude than the other 2people from before and finally my order comes out. At this point more than 30 minutes had gone by since I arrived. Shake meltedand ice melting in drinks.... I'll never be back... Read more
Some of the friendliest workers I've ever encountered at a fast food establishment. We happened to be "those people" that came... and ordered at closing time, not realizing they were closing. Thankfully we only ordered sundaes. The cashier was super niceabout it, and we left with our sundaes after apologizing profusely. Read more
