These guys always get orders wrong every week. Cold food, not accurate morning staff is related to owner she is mean makes... people cry, throwing money in drive thru, making my mother get out of car to pick it up. Just not the same as iT was years ago.They ask for applications but are not hiring felons or anyone w a past of complaints about food service there. Wed Night avoid!Morning Drive thru avoid. Waited curbside for a cinnamon roll for 25 mins. A cinnamon roll! They're already made in a display case. Just needs to be... heated for about 30 secs. Should not have taken this long. I would have left if I didn't already pay in the app Read more
We had a GREAT experience from start to finish. I'm not sure if the gentleman who brought our food out was the Manager or not,... and it doesn't matter, he was extremely polite. We had a big order and they only forgot one drink and a burrito, he went back inand grabbed those and even brought us 6 cookies. Kudos to all the Employees at the Chamberlin, SD Mcdonalds, you all rock! Read more
I felt totally invisible today. Not a good feeling at all. Traveling on I90 took a turn off my route as I had a hankering for... Mc Donald's. Was about 12:30, noticed a few cars at the drivethrough some In the lot. Entered the store and stood at thecounter for no less than 4 minutes as staff walked by, a group near drive through, I KNOW SAW ME-NOT ONE WORD OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT! NOT ONE! I saw no less than 8 staff. One replacing tea, he walked by 2 times. Another delivered an order to a table of 4. And that group at the drive through, looked right through me. WOW! Don't bother wasting your time folks! Read more

We brought our football team in without warning, due to unforeseen circumstances with our meals, and they got over 80 meals... cooked and 100% correct in less than 30 minutes. They did an awesome job! Read more
Daughter ordered bacon and got sausage. Son ordered pancakes and biscuits and got no fork, butter, syrup or jelly. Husband... ordered pancakes which didn't come. Had to approach counter multiple times for them to correct orders. People ignored me as Istood at the counter waiting to get help. Nobody apologized. It took 40 minutes for the 4 of us to finally get everything weordered. While there we felt like we were an annoyance to the employees. We did wait patiently and were always polite in ourinteractions so there was no reason for them to be annoyed by us. There were approximately 5 other customers in the restaurantat any time while we were there. Read more
Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered two 20 pieces, a McRib, and others, and my child went to bed crying because he didn?t... get his 20 piece and got all over me and his brother, but to no avail, and I live 45 minutes away. Read more
