I stopped in through the drive thru on a long trip home and the person running the drive thru was very energetic and helpful... since I have never been to a Taco John's before he made suggestions that I am glad I tried it was an amazing experience and Iwould definitely recommend it. We stopped in for a quick bite to eat while traveling. Taco John's was our choice and it was a great choice. We are traveling 15... states in 35 days. Torie was our cashier this guy was awesome and very polite and professional. He really knows how to treat hiscustomers with great customer service. Advertised as open until 10 PM. Placed an order at 8 PM, came to pick it up, but they were closed. Now I?ve been charged for... food I never got. Taco John?s HAS to do better than this. This isn?t the first time I?ve ?successfully? placed an order viatheir app, got charged, but never got any food. This is starting to make me angry. They HAVE to fix the app so that you cannotplace an order if a location is closed. Come on. Two stars because I?ve had one good experience here in the past. Read more
First time, and it was pretty good. Got 2 crispy tacos with the combo of potatoes and nacho cheese. They were pretty tasty and I... left full. We got our food fast and it seemed sanitary in there. Maybe a little pricey for quality, but overall it was a goodfirst time experience there. Read more
