Went past 3 weeks first week a waitress named Sabrina just Beautiful but Burger wasn't cooked well so ended up taking it home... after order was remade. Our food was delicious, the take out order took an hour to get, simply not acceptable, we sat and watched as others came... ,ordered and ate....for a burger to go. Delivered and when an hour was mentioned we got " oh, I'm sorry" as she walked away. Not a good response for the ladies who spent 90 and a 25 tip to our waitress who was great. Read more
Can have very average food, not bad but not good. Had the riblets which are harder than regular ribs to eat. The staff is great... so if you know what you are getting, this is a good Applebee's Read more
The quality just isn?t there. I ordered the cheeseburger just to be safe and the burger dripped grease the entire time I was... holding it. My plate was a puddle of grease including my fries and the topping that were supposed to be in my burger weresprawled all over the plate. I never got the ceasar salad I had requested which was fine since my waiter just subbed it for adessert. The only reason I came back was for the dessert anyway so I wasn?t mad about it. Terrible service. The food was terrible and so is the service. I ordered a medium well steak it came out overly done as a matter... of fact the steak was burnt. When said something to waitress manager come out and only took a measly $5 off the bill the billwas $48 and he only took $5 off. Four stars instead of five because that's what I do for a place that insists on having a bunch of TVs on. We were seated in a... section of booths that was completely empty when we came in. Then the next several parties that came in were seated on eitherside of us and then elsewhere in the row of booths. What happened to social distancing? There are plenty of other places inhere where people could have been seated. I initially ordered coffee but switched to a Pepsi after I mentioned that I takehoney in my coffee and was told that they didn't have any. My chicken and shrimp dish was brought out on a metal platter in awooden holder and was still doing a lot of sizzling. Which suggests that it was also continuing to cook. I'm not sure thatthis is a good idea. The food was good, and I also have no complaints whatsoever about the service, other than the bit aboutseating everybody close together. Read more
