As I sit here waiting for my table that the hostess said 5-10 minutes, im watching three staff members eating, then rolling... silverware without washing hands. Then they are on their phones. They chose to keep their backs to the guests not greetingpeople as they come in. One female staff member continued to grab sausage patties and eat while working even at one point tryingto feed another staff member dropping food where they were rolling silverware. My mother went to say something to them and thenturned and laughed at her. Disappointed. **update ** 1 star to 3 We spoke to the manager and she was so kind and understanding.We know that things are going to be a little slower and teaching young servers is important. Food was cold. Staff reprimanded a new waitress in front of us. Manager smelled like cigarette smoke when she came to our table.... She told us not to order the dinner rolls because they ?are extremely hard.? The banana bread was dry, so I asked for butter.They were out of butter. The floor was disgusting. They brought my MIL her chicken dinner and the chicken was still cold and not cooked thoroughly. We thought that was going to... set the tone for dinner BUT the staff went above and beyond to correct the issue and made everything perfect. Everyone wasapologetic, the chef himself brought her another dinner, the manager adjusted the bill immensely (even adjusting the bill sothat ALL dinners were removed from the bill!!) We understand that accidents happen, and sometimes thing like this occur,everyone is human and allowed to make mistakes... we're just extremely thankful for the most amazing staff going out of theirway to make it right and look out for us.
