Very slow service and I found 4 hairs in my breakfast sandwich. It appeared to be VERY short staffed.
Screwed my order up not once but twice. Nowhere near adequate staffing, the grill staff all looked strung out, you have staff... behind the counter in flip flops and socks, floor in the dining area was a mess. Very disappointed!! Stopped for a quick frozen drink on a hot day. Told no frozen drinks. Settled for two large drinks. Told... price and verified price on screen. Took 20 minutes to get to pickup window. Was told a completely different price. When. Iquestioned the difference, was told that was the price. Not what I saw on the screen. And was told earlier. Know inflation ishappening, but changes in 20 minutes? Didn't think you could change the price that way. Should have gone inside to order insteadof the (not)fast drive through. Customers behind us were leaving without ordering due to the wait time. VERY DISAPPOINTINGSERVICE. MAKES ARBYS LOOK EVEN GREATER. Read more
I ordered a family bundle of burgers ,fries, with a Ch'king sandwich combo meal at the drive thru.We had to wait a few minutes... for our food. We got our food and left. When we got home we did not have our Ch'king sandwich and fries. I tried calling andwas unable to reach anyone at Burger King. I am very disappointed, I usually never have had any problems with this location.Check your orders before you leave the window. Read more

The other Burger King in Chambersburg is a lot better the one that is by MedExpress. It's a lot more cleaner has better... food. This Burger King is kind of sketchy, but it's closer to my house and I like fries so it is what it is. ???? Read more
