We ordered from Chipotle for a work lunch. The ordering process online was a breeze. The pick-up, however, was not. It was SO... busy and they only had 3 people working and only processing online orders. Our food took an hour to get from the time ofordering it. Once we returned to work, we realized they missed giving us one entire bag of food. When we called, Kirsten was sopleasant and nice. She apologized and offered to remake the food if we come back. Horrific place. Staff should be removed. In fact the state of PA should inspect it and close it down. They don't have... half of the food. The tables are dirty: nobody wipes anything down. The floors and soda fountain is sticky and nasty. Theypersonnel were also unpleasant. Either Chipotle is going down financially post COVID-19 or they can't seem to hire the rightcrew anymore.... pretty shameful. Prices don?t equal to quantity or quality. When order online they give you half scoops and no even half of the bowl full. They... are cheap if you decide to go you will have to pay around 50 adding to chips and drink and add EXTRA meat to get a good portion. Read more
Wish I could give them -1 stars. Legit the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Every time The employees seem so miserable and... rude. Went in today and got two bowls for my family and got hardly any food. Also to add to it my bag was wet and ripping andfell apart in my car. When I was in the store I asked the lady for another bag and she gave me a small chip bag and smiled atme. Also asked for extra fajitas and got almost none. And they were out of lettuce and couldn't reach the other let us in theback so they asked if the topping lettuce was OK. I don't like to make complaints, but this is literally the third time in a row that my order got messed up. Last time, I was... given sour cream, and I'm allergic. This time, they didn't even give me my guac, and I ordered a veggie bowl. It should've camewith my bowl for free. It's literally the whole reason why I ordered it, but now y'all are closed and I can't even get a refundfor.
