Horrible customer service. They took my order online at 12 o?clock and at 12:30 told me it was canceled because the store was... closed. They couldn?t have told me that at 12 o?clock when I place the order online and paid for it? Not only that but when Iplace the order at 12 o?clock they told me the arrival time would be at 12:17. It wasn?t until 1230 that I got a text messagethat said it was canceled. Yet I look online and it says that it is still open. Closing soon? In my opinion they don?t want totake the business.
