This is the 4th Longhorn location I've been to, and the food and service are always consistently great. My wife and I don't tend... to hit a lot of restaurant chains, but when we do, Longhorn is at the top of the list. Food would have been better French fries and the steak sandwich had way too much spice on them and I couldn't eat them sister's... birthday dinner and it was ruined because too much spice and she had to order something else and what she ordered was the bakedpotato which the skin was too tough for her to eat and waitress was training someone and she spent too much time on that and notenough time on our table and the other tables and I ordered a cheeseburger medium and it came out raw and I was too closed mouthto say anything because of the way sister's food was she said that she and her daughter wouldn't be going back I come visit 3times a year I for one won't be back Read more

I want to thank the entire crew at the Chambersburg Longhorn for helping me out with my Anniversary Plans. I had dropped off... flowers to surprise my wife of 30 years. When we got there everything was set up and ready including a card from the staffwishing us well. The Food was good as usual and cooked to perfection. Read more
Really shocked at how bad everything was. Our waitress was not friendly at all. Short and to the point,and too busy stopping to... chat with conworkers. Asked for steak medium which she quickly yells warm pink center?! It's a steak house! Steak was very muchwell done. Sides were good...it'll be a long time before I go back again. Read more

Won?t be going back. They really struggle to cook the steaks the way you ask. I wanted mine medium, it came out very, very rare.... My husband wanted his medium rare, his came out medium. To fix my steak, they put it back on the grill. I had added cheese to mysteak to be melted on. When they put it back on the grill, the cheese came back to me like glue. Also the steak was cookeduneven. I had the Flows filet. It?s like $20. The second time on the grill with the gluey cheese, it looked like something thedog dragged in. This is like the 3rd time we?ve had a bad time. Service is hit or miss. Took way too long to get my wine and myhusband?s old fashion. It all just ends up not worth it even if they credit you because you just want dinner, not an aggravationand an adjusted bill. Zero stars if I could never going back. Read more
