Drive thru isn't too bad. But inside is much more frustrating. Slow service. Will look at you and not acknowledge that they see... you. There have been several times when several customers are waiting at the counter just to be acknowledged. We used to cometo this one but now only if we have to. I know staffing is a problem everywhere, but ignoring a customers presence isinexcusable Orders often come out wrong. Read more
The Service was ok and the food was not at all up to par if it midnight and no we?re else open stop but if not keep on rolling
This was a needed stop on our journey from Canada to North Carolina. The place was very busy. You could see the lineup at the... drive-thru so we went inside. There was quite a delay as the employees were focused on the drive-thru. So we waited quite awhile. For my husband, who was hungry but also ready to eat to get back on the road, he felt it was a lengthy delay. The foodwas okay, not hot but lukewarm. I don't really blame the employees, just the lack of employees to get the food to the clientsinside. I will say the ladies' bathroom was very clean. So was the lobby where you sit down. Read more
I ordered a Delux Crispy Chicken sandwich. I have to admit that the chicken as a whole tasted good. Theres just somethings I... don?t understand. Why do we get 3 pounds of lettuce, and 1 small tomato. I actually only order this sandwich because its 100%better than the original Mcchicken. I just wish it was made better, like someone was like ?hey this tomato is mini, let me addone that is more than one bite, to really balance this sandwich? but, its still a better Mcdonalds in the area. So before our church youth group even entered the building on Sunday for lunch, the trash was all over the ground. There were no... napkins in the holders. The tables were not cleaned at all. And we stood, and stood to order our food in a long line with onlyone cashier. Then to top it off, the price of the meals were all around 10 bucks. Just a Big Mac sandwich was over 5 dollars. IDO NOT recommend going here to eat. You can eat at Red Robin for the same price of the meals here and get better food andservice. Read more
