Staff were friendly and fast. The food lacks ?everything? in every area. I have never had a bread sandwich before. To find the... meet was almost impossible. The Broccoli and cheese soup was watered down and if I didn?t know what I ordered I wouldn?t haveknow what it was because of the lack of Broccoli and carrots. Almost 8 dollars for a small thing of soup and a little piece ofbread is outrageous. The bread looks like it was torn apart, not cut. Not a good experience- Read more
Always always! Messes up my order. Im either missing a couple things or it wasnt made correctly. I have to waste gas each and... every time to have them fix their mistake. Never busy when i go in so i dont see how they can mess up every time. Read more
Panera bread was awesome. Stopped by for lunch and we had a great meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a little... slow due to being busy but we expected that. Our food tasted great. Thee menu has something for everyone's taste buds. Read more
Ordered iced coffee. Went to coffee counter, no cup, back to order counter for cup. Back to coffee counter, no ice. Back to... order counter to ask about ice -- sent to other side of restaurant to soda dispenser counter for ice. Back to coffee counter tofill cup with iced coffee. No lids, no straws. Back to order counter to ask about lids and straws -- sent back to other side ofrestaurant for lid and straw. Sat down to eat. Later: food order came with only 2 small thin napkins, which were insufficientfor 2 people to swab chins and fingers. Got up from table went to order counter to ask for extra nakins --sent to sodadispensing counter (other side of restaurant) for napkins -- dispenser empty. Went back to order counter to inform (same person)that dispenser was empty. She called to person working pickup counter to refill. Stood at pickup waiting for napkins. Personcame out with napkin refill --had to follow her to soda dispenser counter and wait for package of napkins to be opened so Icould have a few more napkins. Dear Manager of Chambersburg Panera, you need to take remedial class in organizing yourestablishment for the convenience of the customer, not so the dining experience is an epic trek. Read more
Ordered BLT, got it with poor quality, mushy turkey. Also ordered turkey rice bowl that was lukewarm & mushy. Asked for dressing... on the side but got it on the bowl. Soda machine was leaking a lot onto the floor. Dirty & selections limited. Returned orderfor refund. Will not return Read more

Yes, we ordered late, but the quality and accuracy of the order was pitiful. After being specifically offered, I did not receive... my side bread, and the "bagel" I ordered was more of a dried up, tough cookie. I'm not sure what a bagel flat is, but nodescription or explanation was offered for the price associated with it. Dylan was good on the phone, but overall the order wasunsatisfactory. Read more
