My burger per menu was to be $9.79, but was charged $10.00. Didn't want their fries so waitress suggested salad or onion rings,... she didn't advise me that there would be a charge. I thought they were just going to replace the fries with the onion rings.Didn't notice till afterwards. So they got more money from me then was necessary. The onion straws were way too salty. Burgers here are just amazing. Every bite leaves me both joyful at the wonderful party in my mouth and downtrodden that I'm one... bite closer to having no more left. One star off for the unintuitive card machines at the tables. Service this trip was good. Read more

I've had dinner here half a dozen times and I'll say that there burgers are outstanding . My fave is the royal Robin burger (I... think that's the name of it ), wow is it good , I'm hooked . I've noticed if they get excessively busy though things tend to getrushed some and quality suffers somewhat , not terrible but noticeable. Regardless I'll keep visiting this place for a greatburger , enjoy . Read more

Was served an uncooked impossible burger. My wife took a few bites when she realized the burger was cold and not cooked through.... Manager did came out and remove the item from the bill but honestly at this point I would have expected to cancel the whole billas a token of forgiveness or whatever. Don't remember ever having a bad experience at this Red Robin and today was no different. The food was great and thanks to our... server NIAH the service was great as well. The wraps and the sandwich were tasty and the fries were crispy. NIAH kept ourdrinks full and was very polite and courteous. Had to eat with my fussy 15 month old daughter practically on my lap the entire time because they didn?t have any high chairs... with a seat belt. Anyway I got a bacon cheeseburger which I took a photo of upside down. The burger was good. I have been to abunch of Red Robin?s over my life and this was definitely a Red Robin. The food is great, and bottomless fries and drinks are great! They have a lot of choices so it makes for a good place to take... the whole family. There are even wraps, salads, and other healthier choices. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because theservice here is very lacking. More often than not we have a less than stellar server. They should really invest in training thewait staff better. Read more
