Store phone NEVER works. They don?t pay attention to directions at all given to them. Just received my food, all legs, no flats.... My fried rice steak in it i asked for just rice. My fries have no seasoning salt on them. all of this prints out on ticket!drinks still have ice in them, i specifically asked for no ice because drinks get watered down by the time they reach customers. Food is always great. However, I was having an issue contacting regarding missing items on my order. No one ever picks up the... phone here. Like let?s say I want to place an order? I even tested a theory, I was up there it wasn?t busy, they let the phonering and then picked it up, only to place it down. This is not good for business. Tighten it up. Update: 1/20 EVERYDAY thisweek i have been trying to come by and order, they close at 9:00 i pulled up at 8:43 and they have the sign off and doors lock.Sitting in the parking lock and they are walking out. They literally dilute their honey sauce to WATER. Ordering honey hot wings will literally taste like hot wings. Honey hot lemon... pepper taste like hot lemon pepper. So, editing my review a bit, when American Deli first arrived they were actually really good. In the past year or two I feel... like they have really declined. The wings don't seem as thoroughly cooked, or good. The fries are still decent. I honestly don'tmess with much of the rest of the menu. Personally, I have never seen any bugs or anything in the restaurant, but I'm not gonnalie, it's not a very clean looking interior. The place really isn't even that old. Read more
