Reviews for Lagarde American Eatery in Chamblee, GA
Came in at 5pm on a Tuesday, service was prompt and polite, and our server Jessica was very helpful in recommending things. We... had $1 Oysters (a Tuesday only special), the Cajun Fish Bites (battered Salmon YUM), Chicken Skewers (Delicious) and the DeviledEggs with Brisket (wowwww). HIGHLY recommend this place. Laid back atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food, can't waitto go back. Read more
Came here for brunch on Mother's Day. I guess they were short staffed, because the food took forever to come out, and it was... completely packed out. Our server was great, no fault to him. Drinks were good. Had the pandemic punch & the sazerac. For food,I started with the cajun fish bites, then had the gumbo, french toast, and Beignets & bread pudding to finish. The cajun fishbites were great, but the portion size should be bigger. The gumbo was great, period. The french toast was average, and to paythat price for one piece of French toast was crazy. Wouldn't recommend. The bread pudding was good, but is heavy on thechocolate, just an FYI. The beignets were some of the best I've had anywhere! I'd come back for those anytime. But overall, themeal was average. Not bad, just not great. Read more
Nice place for casual dining. Our first outing here and we will return. They have open tables, a couple booths, and a full bar.... The menu is varied and they have specials. I had the catfish, fried, but they?ll do blackened too. It comes with Mac and cheesebut I subbed mixed veggies to stay carb happy. My wife had salmon with broccoli and she said it was superb. My only minorcomplaint is the noise level, but the food made up for it. They have a nice patio so that?ll be our next stop when the weatheris nicer. Read more
Our waiter Hana was freaking perfect! Didn't see the bottom of our bottomless mimosas!! The food was actually great!
Lagarde breakfast plate was perfectly prepared and the Green Goddess salad with shrimp was delicious. Sat at the bar and Scott... was a blast to hang out with. Highly recommended! Read more

I love the outdoor seating. It overlooks a ballpark. It also overlooks an apartment community with shops. I had the fried Cajun... fish pieces, the grilled oysters, and fried okra.I also had some shrimp with bread in a cream sauce. The best were the deviledeggs, ask for the daily special! Read more
Food was decent. Definitely had potential if it wasn't burnt and served anyway. Seemed like they were running the oil hot... because the whole restaurant filled with smoke. Service was good when our server was there. Looks like the runner was workingher butt off. She was awesome and on point. Read more
