I suggest bringing a book if you plan on going through the drive through, because you're going to be there for a while. It's... excruciatingly slow. This is one of those locations that seems to have trouble keeping staff, and trouble hiring qualityemployees. I wind up here a few times a month simply because it's located nearby, and EVERY time I've had some sort ofissue. I've paid in cash and gotten incorrect change, and one time an employee legitimately asked ME how much change they oweme. I am not kidding. I've paid by card and gotten weird receipts saying that I got cash change (on a card purchase...dont askme how that even happens). I once used a drive through deal code from the app, looked at my receipt and noticed I got chargedfor the item anyway. I asked why, and she said "oh the code didn't work". Instead of telling me that, she decided to just chargeme and I guess hope I wouldn't notice? Just a badly managed franchise location in all aspects. Read more
Stopped in to grab an ice cream for myself and my kiddo. The cars ahead of me didn't pull up so the way so I was too far from... the window to pay. However, the young woman opens the window, announces my total, and stares at me when I explain to her that Icannot physically reach her to pay right now. She asks me if I want to wait then. Bizarre moment #1. Next I get to the window tocollect our order when I'm informed that they ran out of ice cream cones so they have to put it in a cup. How did no one realizethis in the prolonged period of time between me ordering and finally being able to pay? Bizarre moment #3 happened as we ate ourice cream and kept finding broken bits of ceramic mixed into our ice cream. It was not okay. I called the number on the receiptthat allowed me to leave a message for the corporate office but when I tried to call the store directly to let them know thatthey could possibly harm someone if they continued to serve their ice cream, I found the number to be disconnected. Overall, Iwould avoid this place entirely as it's questionable on so many levels. Read more

***pics included ** The bottom paragraph was from a previous experience * today around 12pm I ordered two double cheese burgers... without the bun, added lettuce and Mayo. I told the drive thru attendant 5 times no bread? guess what bread!! no lettuce and amessy slop of Mayo. I asked the cashier did it gave bread on it ( cause it usually comes in the hot cakes plate when you don?tget bread). She didn?t answer and just turned her back to me. I went inside and said my order is wrong. The cashier said wellwhat do you want me to do. I asked her if I could speak to The manager she said ok, then said I?m the manager ( yea howconvenient. She didn?t ask if she could fix the order just had an attitude. Not to mention they weren?t busy or anything.. like5 ppl inside And 3 customers in the drive Thur.. I should?ve kept going since the score is low, but I wanted something easy andquick. NEVER AGAIN!!! I visit this location frequently but today was different. I orderEd chicken nuggets they looked greasybut I still ate them.... the low health inspection score should?ve warn me to keep going but against my better judgement Iplaced an order.. long behold a few hours later I have food poisoning!!!! It?s been many years since I?ve eaten a McDonald?s quarter pounder. Used to love the Saimin soup and fish sandwiches during the... Navy days (late 1970?s) in Hawaii (with an occasional burger mixed in). Since living in Atlanta, it?s been mostly breakfast(with an occasional burger mixed in). Today I ordered the double quarter pounder meal (fries and strawberry shake). The orderarrived quickly, accurate and complete, and packaged very well for delivery. The burger was cooked well, not dry but stilljuicy. The substitutions were exactly as requested and the whole burger tasted just like I remembered them from all those yearsago. So did the fries. Still a tasty meal. Excellent strawberry shake by the way. No issues that would stop me from eating hereagain. Read more
