Strange experience all around. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal (simple right?). What I received was a bag full of... random items (2 double cheese burgers w/no pickles, small fry, and a McRib) and my Diet Coke was double cupped and double lids.Not sure what psycho orders a double cheese burger without pickles. I digress. Anyways, im not here to give a one star rating tothe people who ordered whatever I received, but rather to the restaurant for completing failing to get my order right. Read more
This is a very clean and well managed location. The staff is always happy to serve and delivers good customer service. This... location is very conveniently located and the drive-through is organized and processed quickly. I would definitely recommend theice coffee. Read more
I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra meat and cheese. Instead, I got a burger with just cheese, so I dove up to the... restaurant to get it fixed. They took it back and remade it. I thanked them, but they avoided eye contact and made no response.I went back to my car, but I decided to check the burger just in case. It only had 2 patties instead of the 3 that I ordered. Iwent back in and asked them to remake it again. They took it back to be remade again, but they come back out asking AGAIN what Iwant, so I tell them I want a triple cheeseburger and they argue that's how it was made before. I tell them I just want thesandwich remade. The guy comes out with the correct sandwich a minute later and proceedes to tells me this is how it was madebefore. I say I don't want to argue I just want my sandwich so I can go home. I work retail too, and I know things like thisare frustrating, and I really hesitated making a fuss. But at the end of the day, I just want what I ordered so I don't have toworry about anything else for the day. Read more
Just stopped by the drive thru for a quick meal for our kids. Ordered 2 happy meals. 1 was correct. The other was a container of... tartar sauce. No nuggets just tartar sauce!!! Read more
Terrible service and facility is extremely dirty, they didn?t even have soap in the man?s bathroom. Also the young lady up front... was extremely rude and disrespectful. She didn?t even want to give us ketchup. I went on July 12, 2022 at 1:30 something. Shewas a young African American girl. I feel she needs to be fired, McDonald?s should be ashamed to have an employee that treat?stheir customers like that. I always treat people with respect because I like to get treated. Horrible horrible burger old cold and dry! Visibly old and tough! Chicken sandwich was old cold and sloppy with old wilted... lettus absolutely horrible, i bought for my kids! Had to get dressed and go back out to wendys to get a fresh burger for myyounglings! Not kool bro! Read more
Visited here in February 2022. Food was fine and service was good. However I was hassled by vagrants in the store, I wanted to... take more photos but they intimidated me. Some of them appeared to be sleeping under the tables. There was also a largecontingent of Guatemalan peasants and others who appear to be illegals. They seem to mob the place in the morning.
