IF I CAN PUT 0 stars !!! I would . ABSOLUTELY GHETTO ! The manager/supervisor LEE . Very rude. I just called to let her know... that the pizza we ordered last night to our home for our little cousins having a sleep over the toppings were wrong ,cold ,etc.. not only did I call to just let them know what ever crew they had over the night missed up and it?s okay ?. SHE SEARCHEDFOR MY NUMBER AND BF NUMBERS COUPLE TIMES AND KEPT SAYING IT WAS WRONG .. then I started if she can use another number ? notonly did she not even apologize but called my number 3 times!! This location often runs out of pan pizza dough. They tried to call and can't start a regular hand tossed order until they... confirm it's okay, so when you arrive you have no pizzas and have to wait another 20 minutes for them to cook it. They don'tknow how to refund you for the pan upcharge either because they can't recreate any of the deals when you order through theirwebsite. I ordered the celebration meal. My 2 medium pizzas were under cooked and they forgot the 2 liter Pepsi. The delivery driver said... I would be refunded for the missing item. I have NOT received a Pepsi or my refund. I hadn't ordered Pizza Hut for a while. Itwill probably be a while until next time. Read more
I am not happy with my visit tonight at least with one of the pizzas. I order a personal pan pepperoni pizza , personal pan... supreme, and cinnamon sticks. Everything was good except for my pepperoni pizza. There was so little cheese in fact you couldsee the sauce seeping through. As a result, I asked if he could make it again . The pizza employee said there was enough cheeseon the pizza and if they make it again it would look the same way. Additionally, if they added more cheese it would cost more.I told them that more cheese come on my pizza at the other Pizza Huts. He said they measure it. I told him I would be happy witha refund. All of a sudden. He had a change of heart and said they would remake the pizza and add more cheese. At this point, Ididn?t feel comfortable with a pizza remake because they didn?t want to make it in the beginning. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 8:50. It?s now going on 10:00 and my pizza hasn?t arrived. Call the store and they said that they had ?3... orders ahead of me? and that the delivery drivers were just leaving. Never ordering here again, wish I would?ve read reviewsfirst. Good grief. The delivery driver did give his sincerest apologies and it?s not his fault but I did indeed call corporateafter being informed of managers walking out on shift and leaving a store for new employees to run!
