This store is the worst Taco Bell I have every experienced. They always cancel orders, get orders wrong , I have been given... other peoples orders and they never ever answer the phone. It seems like they like to close way earlier than what it says onlinetoo. Get it together! Read more

By far the worse Taco Bell experience. Not only were the tacos soggy but they were leaking in my bag. I literally pulled into a... parking spot to eat, they weren?t in the bag long enough to be leaking. The food appearance was absolutely unappetizing. This ismy SECOND time I?ve wasted my money with this location. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The pizza was sloppy and soggymostly sauce and no cheese. The baja last was a mix of two different drinks. Completely disgusting. You will definitely bedisappointed with this location. Read more

I'm not sure why drive thru employees are upset when you ask questions about items on a new menu. I should not be rushed or... yelled at for not being an expert. YOU work there!! First, I wasn?t sure if this location was even open since the sign lights were off and the only thing on the sign was ?now... hiring?, with a few of them crooked and almost falling off.. Second, aftasking what kind of ?family packs? they had because itwas hard to read their sign since the lights outside were off (like I pointed out first), I asked if there was an option for thesoft tacos to be supreme and she said yea but it?ll cost more.. After I found it on the menu, I was simply confirming the pricethat was on the screen and was rudely cut off every time I tried to say anything.. So I went ahead and ordered the 12 tacospack- 6 hard shell tacos and 6 soft taco supremes (confirming several times the soft taco SUPREMES)..as well as a medium pepsi..In my most cheerful voice I could muster. But she was just downright rude. Finally? when I got home just a few minutes ago, Iopened it to serve to my family and low and behold, my order was completely wrong. ALL 12 tacos are hard shell tacos. One of thereasons I got soft tacos is because I don?t have very good teeth and can no longer eat the hard shells. So looks like I don?tget to enjoy dinner with my family tonight. And it?s not a cheap meal. $22+ which is a lot when I?m already on social securityand just wanted to treat my family to dinner one night? GET IT TOGETHER folks?. First I want to say when I first moved to the area I thought this was the best Taco Bell. However, the past few times I?ve come... I?ve received horrible service. This last time was the final straw. Taco Bell is supposed to close at 12 on Saturday. I pulledup about 1145 got greeted by a recorded greeting and was placing my order but got no response after. When I drove up it?s anemployee sitting on the drive thru counter and didn?t say anything. It?s obvious at this point there closed. Unprofessional. Read more

The service sucks. I am never visiting back. I would rather drive 15 minutes away to different location in Sandy Springs. When... you pull up to the drive thru before you order they speak in such a manner that you don't want to order. I don't know if thevibe from the coworkers isn't good or its the job that they have choose. Thanks you won't get my business for sure. Read more

Like 99% of the other reviews, I?ve tried a few times to give this location a chance but they never have all the ingredients to... make a simple taco! Service extremely slow and employees rude. I went on my work break this time and there was 2 cars in frontof me. I got to the speaker and was told to order when I was ready but when I started I was immediately interrupted and told tohold on?.I had to hold on for 12 minutes. After placing my order, I had to wait 25 minutes with now only one person in front ofme at the window. I could see through the window both employees at the window on their phones on FaceTime! I paid for my foodand had to wait another 7 minutes only for them to tell me the didn?t have any of the ingredients for my order! I explained thatthey could have told me that at the speaker and cashier had an attitude although I did get a refund?.which took another 10minutes! WORST TACO BELL LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN TOO. THROW THE WHOLE BUILDING AND THE EMPLOYEES AWAY!!! And start over! Read more
