10-9-22 10:30pm Black woman at the drive through window had the nerve to have an attitude over the mic (and tell me she didn?t... have one LMAO at the window) having little patience and asks indirect questions (?which one you want??? (Didn?t even know whatthe hell was being asked)) to gain info about the order, managed to still get my order wrong. $5 biggie bag? Didn?t think it wasthat difficult. Half of the order makes itself. Dining room was closed. Door was unlocked, but employee came to the door saying they had only 2 employees. I decided to go... through the drive-through where I counted at least 4 to 5 employees throughout the restaurant. When ordering, I repeated myorder to the associate taking my order multiple times. After receiving my order, my daughter opened her sandwich to find that ithad not been made to our request. I understand that it's been difficult to find employees to work in "fast food" environments,but it would, in my opinion, be better to keep a restaurant closed completely; then to provide the type of sub-ststandardservice, that I'm sure would never measure up the founder Dave Thomas's standards. Went through drive through. The whole time i was nice and said thank you and on my third thank you, she looked at me with this... look saying i refuse to talk to you and gave me a thumbs up. A simple order of chocolate frosty caused a whole lot of confusion. First they handed me 2 sodas, then I showed them my order... then I got a strawberry milkshake and again showed them my order and finally got the frosty. Also 3 different people asked me ifI paid..?? Like yes, it?s a mobile order and I paid while placing the order, why do I have to keep pulling out the app andproving that I paid for a $2 frosty? Makes the customer feel unvalued. I have been here a number of times. Good experience overall. Quick and professional service. Usually get a large chili. Also got... a Dave burger ???? and fries ???? today. Had a special when you buy one sandwich get another for a dollar. Fries could have beenfresher. Wish Wendys had something else instead of fries like onion rings, fried okra, or tater tots. Read more
