Group of 9 visiting from Brazil. View is great. Location is great. Service is dreadful however. Owner was impatient as we spoke... to each other and one of us translated the order. We asked to try beer and she said she would not let us try all beers. Weordered 3 very bad Calamari dishes as entrées. The owner again had a comment.. She said we needed to order an entrée each butthat she was feeling nice today and we were seated inside so she would "accept" it. We didn't even finish half of the 3 calamariwe ordered. Nice location with beautiful view. But we had bad experience with our server. She kept talking with the couple beside our table... whole time during our stay (1.5 hours)!! She got alcohols from the couple, so she was very loud and no attention to otherguests. She was enjoying talking and drinking whole time, so we asked a bill to other server but we had to wait until she didour bill. We wasted time more than 40 minutes then we missed the chance to walk beside the Fort with sunset. Foods was good, butshe was talking loudly just beside us so I felt very uncomfortable. Went in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and drinks as a group of 8 and were pleasantly surprised by the food and service! We... waited for about an hour to be seated on the terrasse but it was worth the wait. A little on the pricey side however you?re alsopaying for the view. Read more
When I first visited Chambly, I decided to try all the lake side restaurants and today I tried the first restaurant (Grillades... Du Fort). Totally satisfied with the taste, ambience, hospitality and the price. Not sure when I am gonna be back but definitelya place to enjoy food. Read more

The food is amazing there! I can't lie! however, even though we called for a reservation, we had to wait 30mns before getting a... table and the food took a long time. I understand that they were very busy and with post covid, services will take longer. I cantotally understand that. But 30mns waiting for a table outside was not cool. You guys can make it better. I will definitely comeback. And the view at night is everything. We had the perfect spot, I must say! Read more
Not recommend. We ordered two grilled chicken plate and after waiting for an hour and half, only one is ready and the other... order got lost. The chicken was very dry. The other friend ordered hamburger du Fort and the meat was burned and hard. We werevery hungry but couldn?t even finish the plates. Will definitely not coming back. Read more
