They were understaffed when I went last but the worker was so kind. He thanked us for our wait and gave us extra fries.
I went out to buy dinner for my wife and I. I went to Culver?s but after pulling in the parking lot and parked. I looked and... seen a Arby?s and quickly changed my mind. Got back in my vehicle and drove to Arby?s. Got out of my vehicle to entire and foundthe doors locked. No sign, no one came to say anything, a person in what I believe in a mgmt. uniform passed by the front doorarea with a coffee put in their hand. There still was no acknowledgement that I existed. A second person showed up got out tocome in but we both ended up driving away finding somewhere to eat. Please understand I realize it?s a struggle today to getpeople to deliver quality customer service,. If someone had came to door and said something to acknowledge my presence Iwouldn?t be sending this email. I don?t know maybe the drive thru was opening but again there was no sign nor did anyone come tolet us no one way or the other. My receipt from Culver?s shows 4:03:17 on 9/03/2022. It is an Arby?s. This one, however , is one of the best ones I have ever visited. Despite staffing issues that have hit the... industry, this restaurant is clean, serves fresh food, and has very friendly staff. Kudos to the people that work here. Itmay be fast food, but they actually care about the product they serve and are great with customers. Read more
