Very slow.. no line and still took 15 min to get some pretzel bites. Where is wetzels pretzels when you need them?

Great! Ordered catering for an event. There were technical issues at first, but store manager and corporate were efficient in... finding a solution to ensure the order/delivery process was seamless. The pretzels were a hit, too. Read more
June 5th approx 2:35pm I was handed a coupon in front of the store so decided to get the pretzel. Got up to the counter showed... the young lady the coupon she said we don't have any ready be about 5 minutes. I asked if I could substitute she says no theother young girl at the register Shaquira I believe her name is made a laughing noise said ahh no then another ahaaa noisebehind it. I have never had a bad experience at any auntie Anne's till tonight. The delivery driver and his passenger were incredibly rude... both verbally and with their body language, while both were also wearing a ballistic vest/body cam combo (given today's day andage, I don't blame them but it's also very concerning to think that they were actively filming versus kicking it on in case ofan issue) and my food was much colder than if I went and got it, AND CAME BACK with it. Store won't pick up the phone and theline comes to a FAX MACHINE, not even a voicemail. Would never order delivery again based off this, would eat in location vsthis bullcrap.
