So, let's talk about this experience! First, my wife surprised me with not only a bottle of single barrel Weller Antique 107... especially bottled for The Big Grove Tavern, but also a Weller tasting. This flight had a pour of W.L. Weller Special Reserve,Antique 107, Full Proof, and OMG Pappy 10-Year. Let 's be honest, if you are a whiskey fan, you know these are some greatselections. However, this post is to recognize Scott, Jonathan, and Nate. These amazing dudes made us a fan and customer forlife. As a self proclaimed whiskey enthusiast (of less than 2-years...lol), the knowledge these guys brought to the table willstick with me forever. Lets not forget the food either, we not only had amazing whiskeys, cocktails and mocktails, but also hadbrunch, appetizers, and a wonderful dinner. This day didn't start off about making memories, but it sure ended up there. Thanksto Scott, Jonathan, and Nate we literally spent the entire day there and even had the rest of the family join us for dinner. This is a great (and fancy because it’s quite expensive) American brunch place with lots of options both in main course and... cocktails. The potion size is good for an individual. Attached pics are of smeared pork belly with Korean bbq sauce andhollandaise and Avocado toast that we ordered with coffee. We really loved it! Definitely coming again. Highly recommended. Read more
I’ve been visiting several of the Chambana restaurants and surveying my experience. I visited this establishment on a random... Saturday the initial environment is attractive and relaxed. Upon entering we were seated and introduced to our waiter. Thewaiter was very pleasant and handling several tables at once. This was my first time visiting this establishment but my friendhad been before. After 15 minutes we received our glasses of water which I’ve included the pictures of my dirty water glassthat I never received a single refill in comparison to the table seated directly behind ours who received several refills in our45 minutes of sitting. After watching several guest come in and be seated and have the order taken I realized we were notreceiving the adequate attention in relation to our party size (2) or our entry seating. Definitely seemed to have a differentmetric opposite to the order that you arrive/ party size and the overall demographic of the restaurant I did not feelcomfortable after requesting to only pay for the drinks and not the 55 minute brunch meal. The supposed owner instead of reallytaking initiative told us that we could no order and cancel again further emphasizing the difference of treatment in relation toour service we received. Will not recommend this restaurant to ethnic people unless you have a larger party of people to beacknowledge and treated similar to other guest. Read more
Good atmosphere, fast and friendly service, and quality food. The fried brussel sprouts (recommended by the waitress) were... perfectly crunchy. We both ordered burgers, but my friend's was cooked well done instead of medium. I recommend the Hickoryangus beef burger. Read more

Big Grove Tavern Brunch on Sunday’s are completely worth it. Though I do wish they would bring back the pitchers of mimosas,... but single serving will do for now. My brunch entree consisted of streak frites, eggs over easy , and truffle fries. Read more
