No host to seat you, was just going to sit at the bar since I went alone. All seats were full so I told the bartender I’d sit... next to the bar. She didn’t get to me for another 10 minutes. Just when she was about to get my drink order as I pulled out mymenu she walked away to seat another guest. Got my food everything was warm not very fresh, no honey bbq like I asked for, andmac and cheese was so cold. Definitely not busy I wish they’d cook to order. Not a horrific experience but let down. Knots were not very good. But the queso dip and chips we're wonderful. Kiddo like chicken tenders.

Well it is 10:15p and I tried to make a "take out" via online and phone. The online service wasn't working (I guess they shut it... down) and when I tried to call I was forwarded to a voice-mail that was full. Its really disappointing because the facilitydoesn't close till midnight and I should be able to order a "take out" order and pick it up myself. Do better Read more

I just ordered $30 worth of food through DoorDash. There wasn’t a long wait, or anything for it to get to me either. I ordered... 5 chicken tenders and french fries with mozzarella cheese sticks. However, the fries are so cold, you can tell that they’ve definitely been sitting for at least an hour. The chicken tenders are also cold hard and chewy, which means they’ve beensitting for at least an hour as well. On top of that I only received 3 chicken tenders not 5, which is a huge price difference.And while the mozzarella cheese sticks themselves we’re sort of OK, I only received 4 of them, not the typical amount thatI’m supposed to receive especially for $10. I don’t know what it is with restaurants, but ever since all these delivery appspopped up, restaurants tend to think that because customers ordering online and aren’t there in person to complain about thequality or missing food, then they can get away with it. Although it could just be a Champaign area issue, because I haveordered seven times with DoorDash from different places since May, and every single time my food has either been missing itemsor just been completely wrong every single time. Tots were fantastic, our service was great. The burger was a little overcooked the first time, but they remade the food and... ensured that we were satisfied with the second plate. Wait time wasn’t bad to get seated, it was long but what do you expect? Everyone is short staffed so not a big deal. We got... seated and put an order in for the kiddos and an appetizer for the table. Food gets to the table fairly quickly but then 40minutes go by and we don’t see anyone after the food is dropped off. No refills, nobody to take our dinner order and never gotany silverware. After the 40 minutes we get out of our seats to talk to the person that seated us. After 15 more minutes someonefinally comes over to help us BUT she was as rude as possible about it. Got our wings and every person had a few that eitherdidn’t have any sauce or very little. I understand we are in a weird time being understaffed virtually everywhere, but thisis a bit much.
