Waitress was good but very rude at end my friend from Russia left tip and where he is from they don't tip but he did her and I... guess he didn't leave enough cause she said at end in front of everyone maybe if u would have tipped better .. rude andunacceptable!! At least he left a tip .. Have spent a lot money in there and have taken many people therenot no more!!! We willgo to outback or red lobster maybe where she should be working if u want 20 to 30 tips.. Or better yet check your attitude andnot be so unhappy throwing plates around going into kitchen..we will take our clients somewhere else!! Read more
We like going here on the weekends. Right now they have the meal deal on yhe back of the menu. Check it out. They also have for... another 2.49 more a dip trio per person with unlimited chips. We get this and the kids can have there on dip flavors. We likechili's. Read more
Kendra is awesome! Food was great, Cheesecake on point and the drank of The month is Poppin!
Our waiter was horrendous... He made it very clear that it wasn't his responsibility to bring us our food or drinks. And it took... us over 20 minutes to get the correct drink refill as he came back with the wrong refill, and when he was supposed to get ourrefill, he took 3 other large tables orders before coming back to our table to ask if we needed anything (still without therefill). If you're going to eat here, I'd recommend ordering out instead of dealing with the incompetent wait staff. Read more
I think the staff is very new: the younger members were not used to the typical server/diner etiquette. They would have minimal... interactions and dialogue with the customers. Drinks were left at the end of the table without verifying that the delivery wasat the correct table. Their demeanor was awkward and shy like most novices. The experienced staff were excited and projected thebrand. Follow up from the wait staff was natural and often. All products were verified in the kitchen and again at the table.With a little more time, I think this franchise restaurant will be a top quality and sought after dining destination inChampaign. This was my worst restaurant experience in my life. I try to be a very positive person, a look at my reviews will show you they... tend to be glowing. But, I can't think of a single positive thing about this meal. The service was terrible, our party wascrammed into a table between two other parties when there was an open and larger table across the aisle that wouldn't requireour child seat to spend the whole dinner on the floor. The orders were wrong, the food was subpar, the drink service wasnon-existent. I still gave the waitress a 20% tip because they need to eat, but this was NOT the profession for her. Read more
Mannnnnn that food was so freaking good! Everything was on point! From the fresh guacamole to the juicy margarita chicken. It... was heaven. Usually restaurants Togo orders are not on point. Never hot, just good enough to eat. But not here, this was my 1sttime at this location & it was BOMB! Y?all keep it up. Read more
Enjoyed the food but the service was extremely slow, from getting us a table to ordering and eventually getting our food. It was... a school day for the kids and would have appreciated faster service. Good ambience if you are a sports fan though. Read more
