I've been to at least 100 Chipotle's during my travels and this one has been the worst in my experience. They're constantly out... of stock of chicken and fajita peppers and numerous other options. I just waited 25 minutes in line to be told the entire timethey were out of chicken the whole time. Do yourself a favor and go the the Chipotle downtown. I informed their downtownmanager and chatted with him, he runs that location like a champ, everything was 100% in stock and fresh. Read more

This is the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. Overflowing trash, all tables were dirty, undercooked rice, out of guacamole, out... of veggies, out of chips, over charged for kids meal. The gentleman making the food was so high he could barely assemble ourorder. Complete waste of our night out and extremely disappointed all around. Read more

I love chipotle. The food is great. However every time I come to this location I am shocked with the poor service. Tonight was... especially poor and I felt it was time to leave a review. I came with my family at 9:15 and was greeted with annoyed workers whowere clearly not happy that we were there. This was clear by harsh stares and rude comments. They were extremely slow in makingour orders (not calling more workers to the line to help) and were out of chips, corn and fajita veggies. All the tables weredirty and we had to clean ourselves before we sat down to eat. After we purchased over $200 worth of food we noticed theylocked the doors at 9:50. At 10:02 as we were about leave we were yelled at from the food line by the manager ?we are closed.Wrap it up and leave.? To me this is unacceptable and just plain rude. I hope who ever owns this chipotle will make big movesto improve this locations service as I know the potential for great business is high for this area but with service like this Ifear it may only cause more and more us to not return. Very slow staff, all of them acted as if we weren't there. The cashier went in back and just left me for 2min while they filled... up salt. Didn't even say a word to me. The two managers working line had no regard for anything. One gave me not even a fullportion of steak...and I know that because I work at a chipotle. When I asked for more because it wasn't a full portion, theworker said nothing and rolled her eyes at me. (I had to ask from a different worker because the manager left immediately afterscooping) When the cashier returned from filling salt and finally checked me out they asked me what I had because she had leftand no one labeled it. I said steak and then she asked one of the managers if it was a double and she replied "I guess not" thenrolled her eyes two! The restaurant wasn't even busy. There was only 4 customers in line. I understand when people have bad daysat work. I do too. But this was unbelievable. They all were rude, slow, and unprofessional. I know my managers would never dealwith such things. This chipotle is honestly the worst location every time you?re going to want to avoid it. It?s ghetto and they just don?t care... about anything.. and if you think ordering online or through a delivery app will be quicker think again?. You?ll go in there andit will take you an hour before you walk out with your single burrito order. You?ll wait 30 minutes or more for them to make itthen once it?s made it?ll take 30 minutes for them to actually hand it to you even if you tell them the name on your order 5different times. Super slow and they?ll just act like you don?t exist. It?s been this way for a long time and it doesn?t get anybetter.. and they might tell you that you can only pay for your food with exact change. delivery drivers you?ll want to avoidthis place as well no point in getting paid $3 to wait an hour for the food then have the customer made at you because it?s coldand took over an hour. Aside from the horrible service they?re just rude and don?t make you feel welcome at all and most likelywon?t make you?re order correctly or will be out of things. The last two times we considered ordering from this restaurant they were out of several items. We ate here yesterday and ordered... a salad. After selecting what items to put on the salad we got to the cashier to pay. The cashier said they were out of saladdressing. It sure would have been nice if the first person taking our order in line would have told us that?. Furthermore, theydid nothing to fix it. Didn?t even offer to make us something else or comp our soft drinks or anything. They took our money andhad to eat the salad with no dressing. By reading other reviews I sense others have had the same poor service and experience.We?re definitely not purchasing another meal from this Chipotle ever again. I can understand the current supply chain shortagesfor not having certain products for being an excuse but this experience was clearly due to poor management, training, and staffcommunication. This Chipotle is very weird. The staff are veeeery slow! They are all young staff, but they work like slow motion! Every time I... go there the wait line is as long as it almost to the street! Staff see the long line and they simply don't care; work veryslowly! There is no supervision! Another bad experience I had was when one of the guys was also cleaning the floor touched myfood with his hand dirty of cleaning liquids. You can clearly see the cleaning foam on my food plate! That's disgusting. In onesentence, they do not care about customers, not trained well, and do not want to improve things. Read more

Ordered safrito and it was delicious. Love it. Quick service. Efficient staff. Well served. We want to come back again. Our... order paid by next person and thank the couple for that. I wish they start serving the fish as well. Would recommend themanagement to think over it.. it would be great. Read more
