Greeted with a smile ..establishment was very clean. waiter on overnight shift was very nice and friendly he got are entire... complicated order correct ..no complaints and was very attentive!!! First time ever eating at a Denny's I gave 3 stars because I ordered online and it didn't have it to where you could ask for... sauce on the said for french fries I asked for the only sauce I wanted on my sandwich was Mayo but they added the sauce plus outsome in a cup for me. I was in there about 2:00pm. I had the best waitress and the most delicious chicken sandwich I have ever had there. The place... was very clean and staff was extremely friendly! I loved the game room for my grandkids. And the GM seemed like he was thereto help and told his employees what a great job they were doing! Way to go Denny's. You have changed so much! Read more
Asked for medium rare steak and got medium. It was OK though. The steak was very tender. Tasted good too.
Although our food was satisfactory, watching a waitress fall on her back and be taken out by ambulance, not a good setting.... All due to poor building maintenance. Employees where walking around like they where clueless of the water leaking from theceiling, but they weren't, another customer stated that the waiter was going to put someone in the both behind us but didn't due to the leak, he apparently forgot to pass the word. I personally asked 2 times for someone to get a mop before someone else falls. Also asked for floor wet signs which weren't up when our waitress fell. Just didn't seem to care enough to close asection that was a safety risk and protect their customer let alone their employees. Read more
I have visited this Denny's a number of times (as well as many across the country), but never again. Customer service in-person... has always been from good to great. However, I recently called in for takeout and they not only charged me for the order anddidn't give me the food I had ordered, but they also gave me the runaround as I tried to get my money back for the non-existentmeal. You would think that so long after the start of the pandemic the takeout service would run like clockwork. Instead, aftercalling in my order and my friend arriving to pick it up, she was told they did not have any food there for me. So I called thenumber again and it picked up to put me on hold, but then hung up. On the second call the person I talked to said they did nothave my order listed and I should call the local restaurant. For the third call the pleasant person at the restaurant explainedthat they did not have my food and all call-in orders went to the national number. He offered to connect me and stay on thephone until it was done. Well the national call center hung up on him as well! By that time, my friend had arrived with foodfrom another restaurant. After the Denny's employee apologized again for not being able to connect me with someone who couldrefund my money for the non-existent meal, I've decided that I am never going to this chain restaurant again!
