Really disappointed. Order for delivery to our hotel under a mile away from restaurant. Online order for three pizza's said 33... minutes to deliver. The restaurant took an hour and a half to get us our food. Driver didn't know what he was doing. Weconfirmed correct address twice over the phone and he still went to the wrong hotel. I've tried ordering from this Dominos multiple times in the past. It used to be great, until about a year ago. Multiple times... pizzas never showed up or weren't ready when I arrived. One time we ordered for a work event days in advanced, and when wearrived to pick them up at 11:30am, the store was closed. I recommend ordering from the one on campus. Yes you have to pick itup, but I've had ZERO issues ordering from the Green street dominos. Read more
I?m absolutely done with this location and the company in general. I attempted an order several months ago which the Domino?s... app accepted and after waiting, saw the order was canceled without any contact. Tonight we tried again, waited 90min beforecalling to check on the status of the order, which while I was on the call, the tracker updated to ?in the oven? and then out ofthe oven ?in quality check?. I was told the order is hot and ready and it will be delivered soon. After 2.5hr from my order, Icalled back and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I will never order here again. The last 3 times I've tried to order from here, I show up at the time my pizza is said will be done. I mark I'm there. I try to... call, no answer and I'm on hold for 30+ minutes while it continues to say "x started prepping your order 30+ minutes ago". Andeverytime when I finally get through to someone, they tell me it hasn't been started and will be another 30 minutes and theyalways offer to cancel the order in a way that sounds like they want me to cancel to make it easier on them. The time beforelast the manager insulted me after I told them it was frustrating that there was 0 communication about how long it would take.I'd take the sketchiest taco bell over this dominoes any day of the week at this point. 0/10 Read more

HORRIBLE Service. I placed an order online and they waited until just 10 minutes before the food was supposed to be delivered to... cancel it out. I called in about this and told them that this happened and the gentleman who answered told me that they didn'thave delivery drivers and that they assumed I didn't want the food anymore... After I told them that this was not the case thegentleman just hung up on me. Read more
I ordered a medium hand tossed supreme pizza and a medium cali chicken thin crust pizza. The medium hand tossed crust was not... cooked long enough hence when u pick up a slice it automatically dropes down and the toppings fall off . He crust was kinda wetand oily it needed more time to cook but u can tell they were rushing them threw the oven.. Not happy ? Read more
Food was wrong and there is no way you can actually contact the store personally on the phone. They lady who has taken the order... working from home had no understanding of the process and couldn't even contact a manager. Worse experience ever because wecouldn't leave work. Wouldn't order from them again. Ranch dressing on the chicken and evidently they couldn't read because thetoppings is on one side and should of been half and half smdh. Read more
