(9/30/2022) This was my first time eating at Fizoli?s and I?m very disappointed. The male drive-throu staff member was extremely... rude. I?m not sure what I did wrong to him beside purchase $50 worth of food. He was probably the most unprofessional and rudeperson I?ve ever encountered at a restaurant. Had to go ask for my meal?@!) employees were talking to each other so loudly that they were almost screaming. No one at all came... by with extra breadsticks or even check on any of the customers . I live out of town and don?t get to Champaign very often butwith this service I doubt that I eat there again. Read more
Always used to go there until yesterday had the worst experience, ordered 4 pizzas and the attitude was horrible , the girl was... really mad cuz I had such a large order and she had couple more cars on the driveway and only one the pizza was fully cooked theothers was undone basically white you can see the dough over 60$ orders wasted don?t go there. Fazolis makes me want to run out in the middle of prospect and get hit by a car. The lady behind the counter was ridiculously... rude for no reason! We ordered pizza breadsticks and chicken Alfredo. The breadsticks felt and tasted like eating a kitchensponge. The pizza had a thick layer of grease that absorbed all of the all of the Parmesan cheese. The fettuccine noodles werelike they just came out of the refrigerator! This place is absolutely awful! I will never step foot in this place again. How would I describe my first experience at Fazolis? not good pretty sad in fact the breadsticks were soaked in grease it was... like eating a wet sponge out of the sink. The pizza was even worse:( Read more
Asked me to pull up to wait for food from drive through waited 30 minutes attempted to walk inside to ask about the status of my... meal and the doors were locked 2 hours before they close. Waited outside the drive up window in the rain to ask where my foodwas that I paid for and they said they were going to get it ready. 10 more minutes pass and they finally brought my food to mycar and part of the order was missing. Fazoli's never fails to disappoint. I gave 3 stars because even though the food I got was not what I wanted, and it was several... dollars more expensive, at least it was hot and fresh. BTW your employees knew there was a mistake and failed to refund thedifference or correct the order. Read more
