I had a wonderful experience here! Food was great and customer service was phenomenal. I stopped visiting here in 2021 after a... terrible experience in but the new management seems to serve their customers very well. The manager Ieisha and the crew memberswere friendly. Went thru the DT....sat in line for over 15 minutes just to get to the window. Waited all that time to eat, fries were cold and... rubbery. One hamburger was too salty, other had none. Sweet tea....was not sweet. Back to Steak n Shake we go. Read more

I wasn't impressed. People compared Freddys to Stake-N-Shake but I'd rather have Stake-N-Shake. My burger meat was bigger than... the bun and dry. My bread was falling apart and thin. The burger was sloppy. Fries weren't anything to brag about. I got astrawberry milkshake and it taste good but doesn't taste any different than one at Stake-n-Shake. The customer service was goodthe young lady at the window was nice and my food came in a decent time. Personally I won't be visiting or eating here again. Read more

Went through the drive through and ordered a double veggie burger, double jalapeno burger, two large fries, and fry sauce. Got... to the window after a 20 min wait and they seemed to have lost our order. We repeated what we ordered, paid and waited foranother 15 minutes. Someone else came up to ask for payment a second time, we told them we paid, they left. We pulled forward sothey could bring the food out. Then we start driving home. No fry sauce. We go back to get fry sauce and notice the veggieburger is a single. When we tell them about it they said that's just how it was. They said if we wanted another patty we had topay for one. Mind you we told them twice that we wanted a double at this point. 3 different people come to the window to explainthat the veggie burger does not come as a double. We explain to each one that we know that, that's why we ordered a double. Theyasked us to come inside so we do. Then another person comes up to explain the same thing to us again. We tell them it's fine, wewill return the food we just want a refund. Who I'm assuming is the manager, comes up and snaps at us to give him the receiptwithout saying a word. As we wait for the refund multiple employees are talking about us saying that ,"that's on you" like Iwork there or something. There was no apology for them not communicating with us and extremely bad customer service the entiretime. Would not recommend and will not be going back. Read more

The younger guy working the drive through yesterday around 5:00pm should not work any where that has anything to do with... customer service. Stone faced, emotionless, not friendly at all!! Hands the food out the window and doesn?t smile or say asingle word. This is after a 20 minute wait in drive thru. You guys need to hire better people . Read more
