Sandwiches use quality ingredients and are large. Prices are reasonable. They seemed understaffed. The staff that was there was... working very fast but there weren't very many customers and it took longer than expected to get our sandwiches. Workers have the nastiest attitudes and awful customer service. over charged me for an order because they were sooooo busy they... couldn?t do their job right then hang up the phone when I call to tell them they need to refund me my money. Maybe if themanners and standards they were hired under were better there wouldn?t have been an issue but apparently just because they?re sobusy they see that as an excuse to be disgusting towards their guests. It's a little confusing when you go in as you're told to go to the left at the "deli counter" to order but rarely is anyone... close to the deli counter. When you order you are given a ticket that you must show when you get down to the register. And whenyour dlsandwich is being made, they ask you if you want it "Mike's way" and unless you perused the menu and caught it on thebottom of the last panel... "Mike's way" is with vinegar and oil. I had never had my subs this way.. but after having it. I askfor it at other sub shops! (JJ's and Subway) it's a nice place and I look forward to more sandwiches! Read more

+ Slightly better taste than Jimmy John's and Subway + Online order can help you minimize waiting time and bypass the long line... as a newly reopened restaurant. + Clean in a new building + Indoor dining options and friendly staff - Parking is the problem.Each space is quite narrow.
