$40 worth of food? Ordered a simple jets boat, added Cajun CRUST, mild chicken wings and cheese bread, with Cajun crust as well!... 1.5 goes by and I get my food delivered to find out that my boat has some type of Cajun sauce. I did not ask for sauce! Themanager decided to have a screaming match with me on the phone stating that I did not specify if I wanted crust or not. The girlon the phone took my order and my receipt shows CAJUN CRUST! I didn?t force you to work there, don?t take your frustration outon PAYING CUSTOMERS!! Never again!!! Read more
First time eating at a Jets Pizza. The service was great. The pizza came out fresh and tasted delicious. I didn't care too much... for the chicken bites because to me, they had too much breading on them. However, my step-daughter loved them. It's great to seesome pizza places have not degraded to fake cheese to save cost. Jets pizza uses real mozzarella! The cost of our lunch was veryreasonable. 8 slice Detroit cheese, order of 10 (maybe 12) chicken bites, 3 drinks and a chocolate chip cookie (pizza shaped)was under $40! We will return in the future. This was the last time I'm ordering this pizza. They forget the turbo crust every time. It's too bad because when the... expectations were met in the past, we'd order at least twice a month. Ordered 70$ (After 20% tip) worth of stuff for delivery including extra sauces. Ive had jets pizza 100 times. The pizza was over... cooked and there was hardly any pizza sauce on the pizza. They also forgot the extra sauces. This is unacceptable for somethingi paid 70$ for. I called them to see if i could get credited back because by the time the sauces got to my from the drivercoming back my food would be cold. The lady kept me on hold for a few minutes just to tell me she couldnt credit me back for thesauces. I may have raised my voice a little but the lady had zero chill and told me ?if you raise your voice any more im goingto hang up?. I said ?thats fine we?ll just not order jets pizza anymore?. She said good or something smartalicky. Moneys tootight to pay that much for bad quality. Its been a nice run jets but well not be back. Update: They charged the price for myorder minus sauces and i havent been credited back for the first order ???? Update again: Took several days but correct amountwas charged and first amount sent back. Still wont be back. Ill get food where they get it right the first time and dont havebad attitudes when disgruntled customers raise their voice. Read more
We ordered a BLT pizza . When we opened it we saw that the lettuce was wilted and not fresh . It?s like they went out to the... dumpster in back and collected some for the pizza. It was disgusting . Will NEVER order from them again ! Read more

My experience with the Springfield street location. Worst service I have ever received. Our past experience with delivery was... gruesome. 2 hr wait! So tonight my wife ordered pick up hoping to speed up our order. We were told order would be ready to pickup at 530. I sat in the restaurant until 630 for order to be completed. There were At least 8 customers waiting. All werecomplaining about their wait time. When I finally arrived home we noticed there was part of our order missing. I returned to thestore and asked for the manager. I felt sorry for the young lady running the cash register. She did not deserve the attitudesshe was experiencing from the upset customers. The ?manager? that I spoke to didn?t show any concern that I was upset. I wasn?tlooking for a refund, or discount, just an apology. He didn?t care that I was dissatisfied. I will not return to this location.I don?t understand why customers put themselves through so much frustration, trying to get a meal. I?m sure there are otherpizza places in town that take pride in the level customer service they provide. Read more
