Pretty nice place. Was there for a baby shower.Mini Dave & Buster's type feel. Pizza was good. Servers seemed patient. Fried... mushroom appetizer was good. A bit pricey for what seemed to be about 4 good sized shrooms, thick sliced, breaded & fried, butthe flavor was there. Lemonade tastes good too. Nothing really stood out as amazing but there were also no complaints from me!Can go back in future and make it a family thing with wife & kids. Sorry no pics this time. Read more
We went for something to do. There's an arcade downstairs. It was very loud and crowded. We had to eat upstairs. We ordered... pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was similar to a frozen pizza from home. The cheese sticks were fine. They were short staffedso there were long waits for everything, but they were nice and friendly. My last visit to this place was not very pleasant. We order 4 shots of tequila and they were all watered-down. We expressed our... concern to the bartender. A few minutes later, the manager comes to address the situation. We informed him that we would likeour money back or a different drink that was not watered-down. He was very arrogant and did not want to compensate us. He askedus what we would like him to do and then decline our request. His entire demeanor was disrespectful. This evening 08/26/22 we had a company event for 133 people. From the beginning Michelle was fantastic to work with. She was... able to answer any question that we had and were instrumental in ensuring that the we had ordered enough food and wouldn't begoing home with 10 extra pizzas. The menu provided great options and she even went as far to ensure that what we ordered wouldbe safe for food allergies and special dietary restrictions. Today I arrived early to make sure everything was ready. I must saythat they had everything ready to go and scheduled 2 waitresses to be on the floor the entire time for just our party. I cannotsay enough good things. The waitresses were attentive and were friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that our companyand their families felt welcome and had what they needed. This was our first time utilizing Jupiter's for a company event butthey have exceeded my expectations and our party had a amazing time and will not be soon forgotten. I highly recommend if youare looking for a space for either a small party or a large party that you look bo further. Family friendly, amazing food andplenty to do. We went hear with our 16u baseball team on our out of town tournament. With twelve families sometimes it's hard to find a place... for everyone to eat and Jupiter's was a perfect place to go. The 16 year old young men and parents had fun playing pool theyoung family members had fun in the arcade. The food was very good. Drink selection was boundless and everyone had a greattime. I love playing billiards with friend in any of their stores. The pizza is okay but not fascinating. The staff are friendly tho.
Let me be nice. This place has been run downhill , not sure why , but I see why no one is here. Me 3 years ago: ?This place... is awesome!!? Me now : ?This place sucks? 20 min per drink order cause no one around to serve. And 1 hour for food and theplace is empty!
