Just stopped there to get dinner. Sat in the drive thru for a minute when a voice said something about not taking orders right... now. Right after that another car pulled up behind us. We pulled up to the window to inquire as to what the guy on the other endof the speakerhad said. He was taking the order of the person behind us. We sat there at the window for 5 minutes. Once the carpulled up behind us at the window we could see he was a black male, and of course we are white. Coincidence or racism? Read more
3 PC Chicken tenders combo. Chicken tenders were warm. Fries and biscuit was old and cold.
Biscuits weren't done. Was given a breast instead of a thigh. No signage about which speaker to use and then refused to take... order at the window with no one behind me. Read more
I couldn?t believe it. A fast food restaurant that was clean, fast, food was hot and tasty, and my meal cost $7.99. I mean it.... This location is just as spic-n-span as Chick-fil-A if not cleaner. It was not busy. Probably because most people like me passit by assuming it?s like all the McDonalds? in this area - slow and rude people. There was one other person in the dining area.I was at peace - just my chicken and me. The chicken and mashed potatoes were just as I remember them in 1995 in the small townfrom which I originate. Worst costumer service I've ever had. The man who is working drive through on 9/8/22 (about six minutes ago) has the worst " I... hate my job" voice I ever heard. My dad can't see the board and we asked for prices for the spicy chicken sandwich combo if weswitched the sides. And the employee had the most lifeless voice I've ever heard. He really needs to go into a different jobthat enjoys because you can hear how much he hates his job. And you can tell by the quality of food. It's hard and reheated. Read more
Was nasty chicken was old and dry,manager knew it was old and dry.Tryed to tell me that's the way it cooks.Spent $50.00 dollars... and tried to give me bad food. Something told me to look in the bag. Can't belive this is what restaurants have gone to,shouldbe criminal to sell bad food knowing it's bad. Your selling food not building cars which is what it fells like now a days when ugo to a restaurant there just building your order anyway the want. Orderd 3 crispy chicken sandwiches and 3 fries. They told us 8 minutes at the speaker. Waited for 20 minutes. Walked back to the... window because the store is locked for covid. Asked for a refund. Waited another 10 minutes for them to figure out how to dothat. Got a refund, and they wouldn't give us the food they said was "ready" About 30 minutes total with no food.
