To be honest, I slightly doubt that I ordered filet but was served by sirloin??Firstly, I ordered a medium-well filet but a get... the well, hard,and dry one. I asked the waitress to make sure my order. Yes, she is so friendly and did give me another one. Butthe second is still hard and the texture is not like filet. We enjoyed our dinner here. Great prices and yummy fresh food. I haven?t been to Longhorn over 5 years because Outback had us ,... but Outback fell off. So Longhorn will be our go to steakhouse!
