This resturant has gotten so greedy. Tiny meat portions that are overpriced. The torta was almost 10 dollars with a tiny amount... of steak. The orchata is 5 dollars now for a large cup that is tiny and it just got smaller. Also the bottle sodas are now 4dollars. The workers also are always grumpy and straight business. After seeing the awesome reviews I expect EVERYTHING on the menu to POP with flavor & with a great texture. But after taking... the young womans (cashier/waitress) recommendation about their deep fried steak (carne asada) floutas. They looked PHENOMENAL,which is a big part of the experience... but were soo chewy that I felt like they were made from bubble gum or taffy!! I MIGHT,give them a second chance but I expect a grand food experience for $20 (after tax ($2 can of Pepsi, no alcohol available). Really disappointed ????!! And don't get me started on the parking situation!!! LOL!!! Be prepared to walk a lil ways or dealwith really cramped parking outside the business. Read more
Not the same Maize I went to 4 years ago. That Maize was good, had some spice to it and left me wanting more. Went to Maize... today to get a chicken burrito and a fish burrito.. it was mushy, bland and mediocre at best. Historically their chickenburritos tend to be a bit mushy which I don?t mind if it made up for it with flavor but this was like biting into unseasonedpulled meat? and the fish burrito had the fish mashed up that it felt like eating a tuna salad in there? could have gotten itfor cheaper at subway if so. I felt the most disappointing thing about the meal was the Chips and salsa? the chips were hardand the salsa was like diluted tomato juice. The second salsa was a sorry attempt at a sauce that was probably just blendedtomato and onion. No spice, no acidity and no flavor once again. How hard is it to mess up chips and salsa? Read more

Stopped in here after graduation ceremony. Small place, nothing fancy, but food and service were great. Our group had a... variety of tacos and burritos, all of which were great. Food made fresh so expect a five to 10 minute wait. In addition, theyhave Mexican Coke, perfect for washing down a taco. Read more
They offer delicious and authentic Mexican food and it?s one of the only places that make their tortillas in house and you can... really tell the difference. Service was friendly and the place had a nice ambiance. Highly recommend. Read more
Awesome place, good taste, but way too expensive for tacos. I spend over 12 dollars for 3 taco mexicans (1 steak 1 pork and 1... chicken). The overall food amount I got us lesser than a BigMac burger. Recommend to order pork/chicken tacos. Only a smallscoop of steak had been served on steak tacos. Read more
