This place has the worst employees I guess they just hire anybody. You?ll be waiting an hour for a small order and sometimes the... order will be just sitting there getting cold and if you kindly ask about your order after they?ve seen you standing there foran hour and ignoring you they?ll get mad at you, yell at you, and refuse to help you. This place is really understaffed... I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese during nighttime... it legitimately took around 20... minutes to come out and the burger didn't have cheese in it... or anything except the patty. Read more

I started coming to this McDonald's in the early mornings when I started working on campus. I have seizures and can't drive, so... my husband, who has to be at work an hour away at 6, drops me off at 5am. I buy something every day, which usually takesanywhere from 20-45 minutes for a coffee and occasional sandwich, and I hang out..I don't work until 830 so, needless to say, Itend to doze off sitting here. There is a homeless man that comes in every day yelling, talking to himself, harassing customers,and constantly asking staff for free coffee. To my surprise, they not only allow the man to do this every day, but submit to hisrequests. At the same time, the manager and staff seem to have an acute interest in whether or not I am awake while I'm sittinghere with my coffee.. apparently nonpaying customers can come in and do as they please without any staff concern, and receivefree, fast service..while paying customers are berated and left waiting..? Usually slightly dirty and super busy. Their food can be bad to good. Really depends on who's in the kitchen I assume.
Employees just don?t care about anything customer service is not in their vocabulary. There?s a good chance you?ll wait for an... hour standing around and they?ll forget to make your order and leave you with no food and no refund. Your best case scenario isyou?ll wait around for an hour owns a half and then get food that?s food and has been sitting for an hour. Just don?t spend yourmoney here it?s a waste of time. Read more
So I'm editing my review. Service quality is at most okay, you're not gonna walk away happy. Have seen better McDonald's, try... the one at Neil Street. Place is inundated by students and staff don't even try to improve on their service since it's aconstant traffic. I mean where else can you get cheap food packed as fast food, perfect for college students. Read more
