Horrible experience all around. Employees are rude to every customer coming through, they constantly get orders wrong and pass... out the wrong order, the manager will argue with you about getting your order wrong, the food comes out dry most of the time.Don?t go here. I don?t normally bother writing McDonald?s, but if you have kids the play place in this particular, location is actually clean... and a lot of fun for kids. As a side benefit, the staff here, or quite a bit nicer than your average McDonald?s staff. Read more

Jason, if you are going to close 15 minutes early, if you are just honest, rather than telling the customer the "Systems are... down" maybe they won't report you to corporate for skipping a sale to go home early. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION DURING DINNER HOURS! After work, I placed an order for mobile pick-up with my 2 daughters. I arrived... at 4:45PM and at 5:20 my food still did not come out. I?m a very patient person and I understand that staffing shortages doexist. However, I went inside and noticed 5 other customers who had been waiting for over an hour for each of their orders. Ialso noticed that they were fully staffed but not a single employee was engaging not one single customer, not asking anyone whatorder they were waiting for, not apologizing for the delay, etc. Every customer that tried to get the attention of an employeewould roll their eyes and purposely ignore them. One employee was on her cell phone by the fries and another was crushing a cupfor fun with his hands. It was the worst customer service at a food establishment I have witnessed. I?ve been going to thisMcDonalds for over 15 years, and it has been going downhill for a long time. I waited patiently in the lobby along witheveryone else until it was my turn. I just politely stated I had waited for over 35 minutes in pick-up for food and afterwaiting in the lobby for 20 minutes, I just wanted a refund at this point. Since I paid with the order through my phone and nota physical card, the manager did not know how to refund the money. So, I drove 15 minutes home to get my card and drove 15minutes back for her to refund my order. When I got back the same people who were previously waiting for food were stillwaiting. After a brief wait, I was able to get my money refunded on my card. I left there in disbelief at the disregard andrudeness for patiently waiting customers, some with little children who shouldn?t have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for happymeals. To the lady who waited in line for 20 minutes to order just to be told they weren?t accepting cash. I?m sorry you weretreated so rudely. I would like to commend the owner, managers, and workers at this McDonald's location for their sheer dedication at making this... location the worst McDonald's in the entire state of Illinois- if not the continental US. I mean, my god. The place could beempty with no customers and you'll still get your food in more than 15 minutes AND it's a coin's toss if your order is correct.Oh - and if you have a special request? Like no ketchup on your burger? You can rest your weary head knowing that your burger is110% sure to have ONLY ketchup on it. And if the person working the drive thru window asks you to pull into a parking spot? It'sa guarantee you will get the wrong order and have to wait another 10 minutes to get your correct order. Want to get a filet ofish sandwich? Hope you like dry buns and a fish patty that was once probably marketed as Animal Only feed but somehow made it'sway to your mouth. The cherry on top? Their fries are always room temperature and indistinguishable in texture from a week oldfry. I'm not even mad, I am amazed at their consistency. To end on a higher note - the location does have a nice, renovatedinterior. Too bad the floors are always sticky, the bathrooms disgusting, and drink counter is a disaster. The day after the UI vs. Chattanooga game I tried to redeem my "Free McDouble" which was offered as the result of multiple "3... and outs" during the game. The person at the counter apparently knew nothing about it; she walked away without saying anythingbut spoke with a young man who then came over to speak with me. I explained the situation, told him I'd downloaded the necessaryapp, but was unable to get to where the Free McDouble appeared. He basically said that was not his problem, so I left emptyhanded. Frankly, this is more a failing of McD corporate than these 2 individuals, for blasting this promotion at us during thegame, but then making it impossible to redeem. I have not been a McD regular but was willing to give them a try because of the"Free" offer. If McD corporate's goal was to get new customers, I believe they achieved the opposite. Read more
