The worst customer service ever, I had to stand at the counter for five minutes before I moved to the side of the counter the... girls over in drive thir finally asked me very rudly what I needed..... I said a door dash order the already had one setting inthe counter where any one could grap and said if that ant it I don't have it, as the other ones mumbles and talk shut, I askedfor a refund on my mobile app and once again they where very rude and said u can get it 4 when ever breakfast starts. I statedthey didn't have to be rude , then the one in thy green jacket said we can walk out side I'll show you rude, and keep going Igrasped my food and left. Very horrible experience ????. Read more

When I?m able to order here, the food is okay. Customer service is generally subpar, but that is the case with most McDonalds.... The kicker about this location is that, although they claim to be 24 hours, they refuse to serve anyone after approximatelymidnight. I have rolled through the drive through multiple times and been immediately told ?We?re closed?. When asked what thenew hours are, there?s no response. Either the hours should be updated to reflect this, or the workers should actually do theirjobs at night. Read more
