Usually when I come I have a decent experience. However, today I came through the drive through and had a very rude encounter.... After I ordered at the speaker I pulled up to the first window and I told the worker I wanted to use a coupon code. He respondedvery annoyed and said that I was asked that at the speaker and that "everyone was asked that at the speaker." I was absolutelyNOT asked that. Then after he said that, he just sat there and stared at me while I held my phone out with the coupon. I had tosay "can you just put the code please?" I felt extremely guilty after this even though this wasn't my fault. Now I amquestioning if I'm ever coming to this location again.As someone who also is working in the public, I know customers should notbe treated so rudely and unprofessional.
