Usually when I come I have a decent experience. However, today I came through the drive through and had a very rude encounter.... After I ordered at the speaker I pulled up to the first window and I told the worker I wanted to use a coupon code. He respondedvery annoyed and said that I was asked that at the speaker and that "everyone was asked that at the speaker." I was absolutelyNOT asked that. Then after he said that, he just sat there and stared at me while I held my phone out with the coupon. I had tosay "can you just put the code please?" I felt extremely guilty after this even though this wasn't my fault. Now I amquestioning if I'm ever coming to this location again.As someone who also is working in the public, I know customers should notbe treated so rudely and unprofessional. I ordered on the app and the person taking my order told me they were out of what I ordered. I was fine with that and ended up... ordering something else but ended up being charged for both of the orders. Read more

I almost always enjoy McDonald's. Although lately no matter which location I seem to visit the staff is just extremely lazy.... Always an excuse and the frappe machine or the ice cream machine is down. How is that possible at every single location? Lazy. Read more
