This is honestly one of my favorite pizza places in Champaign, but after a recent experience, I will think twice about going... back. I ordered a pizza for carry-out that I was going to pick up and take to my wife at work. I then made plans to go out oftown to visit my sisters directly after. I picked up the pizza, took it to my wife, and headed out of town. Half an hour later(when I was already heading to my sisters?) I got a call saying they had given me the wrong pizza. No problem - mistakes happen.I headed back to the store to get the original pizza I ordered. Once I got to the store, I asked if they could give me somekind of coupon in addition to my original order. They had caused me quite a bit of inconvenience, so I thought it was only fair.They told me that they would not be giving me a coupon as I was already getting two pizzas for the price of one. I explainedthat my wife and I did not like the toppings on the original pizza, so I was essentially having to drive to the store and herwork twice just to get my original order and a pizza we weren?t going to eat. They still refused, and I left with the originalpizza I ordered only. As I said, mistakes happen. I completely understand that. But their refusal to compensate me for all ofthe inconvenience that their mistake caused will make me hesitate before going back. Read more
People?..this is objectively terrible pizza. I can?t say one redeeming thing about either the pan pizza or the thin crust. Don?t... get me started on the breadsticks?.we were definitely catfished by their picture on the website. Delivery was seamless and ourorder was accurate; the woman who took our order on the phone was lovely. We are not from this area and lived on the East Coastfor years and thus have no nostalgia for Monical?s, which is the only thing to which I can attribute its continued success inthe region. We?ve lived here for a year and would strongly recommend Jet?s or Rosati?s (or Domino?s?) any day over this. Read more

Thin crust pizza cut in small squares for easy handling. Salt and pepper is a normal ingredient. The pizza here is as close to... perfect as it gets. It's also so Delicious you will probably crave it. The folks working here are nice and helpful. Thank you! Read more
Service was very nice, food was delicious. We got a pan pizza and it was seasoned amazingly well. They Definitely use real... ingredients. Only problem I had was that the bathrooms weren?t that clean. Other than that, it was amazing. Would recommend Read more
