It was an awful experience! I went there with a group of friends to celebrate, and this experience ruined our night. We were... told we would have to wait about 15 minutes to be seated; after 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist very nicely if our tablewould be ready anytime soon. And the girl standing there responded with an appalling attitude. I ignored this because I did notwant to ruin the night. We waited for another 20 minutes until someone told us our table was ready. They had simply put twotables together to accommodate us; with so many empty tables, we were all surprised why such a thing needed 50 minutes to bedone! Again we let it go because we hoped this could still go well! We waited for another 15 minutes at our table, and not asingle waiter showed up! We even called for a waiter on their useless device on the table, and still no one! We eventuallydecided to leave this place and find another restaurant. Save your time and nerves and look for another restaurant before goingthrough a similar experience! There are plenty of better ones in this town. Read more
If I could give this zero stars I would. I used to really enjoy this place, but the quality of the food went down. The calamari... was really touch and the breading taste like it's been sitting all day. The food was not good and did not taste fresh. Icouldn't even enjoy it, it was that disgusting. Olive garden sure has changed since its heyday. Food still tasty, but overpriced. Our server had to change our table receipt as... someone else's order had been added on to ours. Server was very attentive, and not a long wait. So it was decent. Read more
I haven't been to Olive Garden in a while. I realized immediately that I don't like the smell of cheese which is what you smell... as soon as you are seated. Salad, breadsticks, and marinara sauce were great. I thought the seafood fettuccini was overpriced.They charged us for the marinara sauce although I thought it was included in the never ending soup/salad/breadstick combo. Thewaiter was nice. Always great service. We (my 3 year old son and I) LOVE the chicken and gnocchi soup. Lots of menu choices for even picky... eaters. I wish the lighting was better at night. Would have enhanced the experience. Read more
