The service seems to be getting worse. Tonight as we were visiting the manager Nikita was yelling at the employees in front of... the customers. It was really disrespectful and unprofessional. It truly seems like she can't handle high volume. I really feltbad for the staff. They always run out of food and had customers waiting around for an unacceptable amount of time. Food was ok. Post lunch warm.....dining room was a mess. Floor needed swept. Tables needed wiped down. Not a clean vibe.
I can honestly say when I decide to stop by, they're always busy, which is good to me because it just proves the quality and... customer service given to customers, to keep them returning, which is always good! I've moved from Chicago recently, and neverhave I ever eaten PANDA EXPRESS the way I do now.???? I like that the food stay fresh due to the high volume of customers, sowhen there's a wait on something, I actually don't mind waiting. I would highly recommend and will continue to dine here. Friendly staff...BUT...most of the tables were Dirty & it wasn't busy. The "Orange Chicken" I chose, needed to be made fresh,... it was almost gone (only the small & hard pieces were in the pan). The server still gave me the old chicken along with the freshbatch. I specifically asked for the fresh batch to be made because it NEEDED to be replenished & the old thrown out, so, Iwaited. I could tell between the temperatures which piece was fresh as I ate it. Feed us what you would want to be fed, or don'tserve food at all. Read more
There was a sink leaking water all over the floor, the card machine was down so I had to order online to pay, and they didn't... give me fortune cookies. Food was still good, but idk if it's safe to serve food in a flooded kitchen... Read more
