Absolute amazing service. All staff including management carry a great smile and the want to make customers happy.
Called the place to let them know I got an email that someone placed an order here using my account and if they could cancel it.... The woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude ended up saying she?d cancel it and then 5 minutes later went ahead and marked it asready for pickup for whoever used my debit card. The food was great. Cashier ordered wrong thing for one person and didn't realize until plate was delivered to person at the... table. Food can't be returned so they gave us boxes to take home the unordered meal and they made the correct meal. Didn'tcharge anything extra. Read more
Everyone was so friendly and super nice customer service. I appreciate helping me with using gift card/credit card patiently,... giving us bunch of to go boxes and bags when I asked, and refilling coffee right away when they noticed the coffee I want wasempty. I had 6 hrs drive ahead and exhausted driving the same the day before, so I could start drive with heartwarming feeling.Thank you so much. The staff is great here, but the food suffers from the overall decline of the Panera brand. At this point, the food is barely... worth what you pay for it. If you like Panera in its current state, then this would be considered a solid location. The orderkiosks have improved over the last year, but now there are only two instead of four. Not an issue when we ordered but might bedoing a lunch or dinner rush. Read more
I usually order Rapid Pickup. Food is almost always consistently good. There is more often than not something missing from my... order - either food or utensils or sometimes both. I have chosen to get into the habit of checking the bag before leaving.Whenever I ask for the missing item(s), staff are typically quick and apologetic to fix. Read more
We went through the drive through and order the Chipotle chicken. Missing the chicken and peppers on both sandwiches one was... missing the egg. We went back I took it up to the counter the guy told his manager. The manager never spoke with me. They made anew ones the right way. But there was like no interaction what so ever. They were disorganized and there was only one cook om aSaturday morning. It was frustrating. And as a manager you should know how to handle situations and customers let alone yourstaff. Read more
